In my role at Bagnet Company, I created all email marketing and social media posts to create a steady stream of content that deployed on a daily basis. Each week, I began by reviewing our content calendar for scheduled communications and any upcoming sales or specific messages to include. I also checked our product inventory to determine which styles to feature prominently and which to avoid advertising due to low stock.
My work helped increase click rates from 0.42% to 2.8% and email-based revenue from 16.8% to 33%.

I began with designing emails each week, first deciding on the message and theme, then choosing the products I wanted to feature. I wrote copy that fit with the theme, including an intro, blurbs about each product, and an engaging subject line and preview text. Next, I selected a combination of isolated product shots and lifestyle photography to include in the email design. During my time in this position, I began editing photography to ensure that all assets included in each email fit within a cohesive color story. Additionally, I started pulling photos from our archives of discontinued styles, photoshopping them to swap in current styles so that they were usable again.

I designed each email using templates from the library I created, then built them out in the Klaviyo platform, exporting assets, linking email blocks, and carefully choosing our audience segments to best balance our engagement and deliverability scores. Often, I would use A/B testing to optimize for higher clicks or open rates. After team review and making any necessary changes, I would schedule the emails and note my progress in the content calendar.

To keep this process efficient, I adapted the email copy and visuals to work as social content for each platform. I scheduled posts on Later, alternating static posts and reels to encourage engagement and incorporating product tagging to drive sales. I also posted stories in real-time, manipulating Meta's presets to fit our brand standards.

Throughout my tenure at Bagnet, I maintained this responsibility as an organized and consistent process, writing, designing, and deploying a steady stream of content that deployed on a daily basis, with increased volume during product launches and sales.
